Having worked in both B2B and B2C sales settings, seeing the companies he has supported hit or exceed their targets. With a focus on quality customer interactions and robust needs analysis, Andrew ensures that he closes with quality every time.

Getting new customers is vital, but so is keeping existing ones. He has used his ability to easily build and maintain relationships to retain customers and ensure repeat custom. Andrew has been able to use this knowledge when he pivoted from a sales advisor to a sales manager and coach. Inspiring both new entrants and seasoned professionals alike, allowing them to increase their sales figures and reduce customer complaints.

An expert negotiator and deal broker, Andrew has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to International business. Having started his career at British Telecommunications (BT) in the UK, working with team members in Hong Kong, Prague, India and more. Later moving to the USA starting work with The Knowledge Group (TKG), with clients based across the world. This includes working with high-level executives from Fortune 500 and AMLAW 100 businesses.

 

HR & People Management

Andrew has helped firms grow by developing and nurturing existing talent and also recruiting and onboarding new team members, equipping them with the tools for success. At BT, revenue growth was ensured through the minimization of calendar days lost due to sickness and maximizing performance of the different business units. This was achieved by offering adjustments and support to employees when needed. Transitioning to TKG, Andrew updated and redrafted policies and procedures in line with both state and federal law.

Successful recruitment can make or break your business. Andrew brings to the table a solid track record of procuring and onboarding the best talent. Building a ream through both recruitment and coaching for success is something that comes naturally. Successful coaching, demonstrated through his career, working with both entry-level employees and senior executives. Change Management

Business agility and the need to change is something every business has to do. If they fail to adapt and change with the market, failure is inevitable. Andrew has worked on a number of projects to improve the way businesses operate. Working on several, multi-million dollar projects. These projects have ranged in scope, including large scale improvements to customer interaction, rolled out across multiple contact centers. Internal software and customer order journey improvements have also been projects undertaken. Some of these projects include:

  • Improvements to sales techniques and changes to KPI measurements, rolled out across multiple contact centers.

  • Roll out of new products, including BT Vision, the companies first foray into Television service. Later, BT Sport, as the firm moved into live television with early subscriber numbers near 4 million households.

  • Overhaul of eCommerce order journeys and existing marketing materials. Andrew oversaw the redesign and addition of The Knowledge Group’s checkout and order catalog based on user data and common pain points. Marketing materials were refreshed to give a more contemporary feel and improve engagement.

  • Design and Implementation of new bespoke HRIS, working as the intermediary between senior leadership and third party contractors. Along with the Roll out.

A personal highlight was working to support a project to equip the Olympic Village for the London 2012 Summer Games with the telephony infrastructure. The project was completed with long-term sustainability in mind as post-games the Village was to become a residential district. With BT being the official telecommunications partner, working with corporate leadership and the International Olympic Committee was something truly relished.

Marketing & Growth Strategy

The ability to sell and market a product is important, but without understanding the methodology and the rationale underpinning this you won’t reach your full potential. Andrew offers expert business insight as he has demonstrated in the past a keen eye for detail and a clear understanding of what the customer, or business partner wants.

Andrew has helped businesses grow by diversifying their catalog, adding to companies portfolio of products and gathered user data to improve existing offerings making them more competitive. He has assisted with this at his time with BT with the launch of both BT Vision and BT Sport. He later also did this with The Knowledge Group, as the company rolled out month-to-month and 12 month subscription packages and course bundles based on the continuing education requirements of each state.

In addition to market development and diversification, market penetration has been achieved through constant analysis of customer data, gathered through multiple channels. With a keen eye for detail, Andrew has converted data gathered into high-engagement marketing strategies. Not just improving the look and feel of marketing materials, but changing the way clients leverage their social media, and online presence. This all comes full circle with Andrew prioritizing customer satisfaction and retention through improving his client’s relationship with their customer base. Ensuring new customers are not only won, but also retained.
